JOHN KILAKA

Maybe the most known painter and illustrator in Tanzania is John Kilaka. He started as a Tingatinga painter but later he changed his style to abstract. His books has got Bologna Raggazi Award, Blau Brillen Price, Peter Pan and many more. He was pronounced as the sixth best childern writer and illustrator in Germany. The copyright on these paintings you see here were already sold to Baobab Publisher in Switzerland. But Kilaka has many more stories in his store!
